Requirement for Registration

1. Copy of ID/Passport  
2. Two Coloured passport size photos
3. Certified copies of professional & academic certificates
4. Evidence of passing Council’s pre-registration examination   
5. Must appear in the list submitted by deans of accredited physiotherapy raining Schools
6. Dully filled, stamped and signed Internship completion Assessment Forms.
7. Evidence of payment of registration fees

A registered person shall notify the Registrar in writing of any change to his or her details in the Register within one month of the change occurring in the prescribed form
